RATES

We offer no call out charge for quotes , or initial verification of faults.

We will be happy to send an engineer to call in and provide you with a quote for the work you require or provide a rough estimate on the phone .Otherwise call out charges for hourly rates are as follows..

 

Normal hours (mon- Fri)

(7am to 5pm)

Evenings /Weekends

(5pm to 11pm)

Nights Time rates

(11pm to 7 am)

*£35 *£40 *£55

 

* Prices shown are per half hour with minimum 1hour charge

 

Payment to be made in full to the engineer on completion of agreed work and issue of invoice, we accept

  • Debit/credit cards
  • Cash
  • Checks

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY


If bookings and payments are made prior to an engineers call out , then we must be notified of cancellations at least 1 hour before a scheduled appointment , in this case a full refund will be given.

We realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the service we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
" Materials provided by the engineer are defective and we are unable to replace them within two working days.
" Service provided does not match what was agreed upon the fault or problem was not rectified correctly and we are unable to rectify the problem within two working days.
