REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
If bookings and payments are made prior to an engineers call
out , then we must be notified of cancellations at least 1
hour before a scheduled appointment , in this case a full
refund will be given.
We realize that exceptional circumstance
can take place with regard to the character of the service
we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for
the refund on the following reasons:
" Materials provided by the engineer are defective and
we are unable to replace them within two working days.
" Service provided does not match what was agreed upon
the fault or problem was not rectified correctly and we are
unable to rectify the problem within two working days.
